Unzip everything except the README to c:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\Gamedata\Skins
I no longer update this collection, and cannot provide further technical support for them. But enjoy!
Note: I have moved the civilian outfits over to the Civilians page, the Moon Kingdom characters over to the Moon Kingdom / Silver Milennium page, and the villains over to the Villains page!
