Hi There!

I am known on various Sims message boards as "Annoree", and I produced custom Sims for the gaming community for several years starting in 2000; most well-known being my "Sailor Moon" collection.

I created this blog in 2010 in order to host all of the Sims I have created over the years in one place, as and when I can find them on my hard drives. I hope you enjoy the uploads!

It's the Misty Acres mansion from Roberta Williams' The Colonel's Bequest: A Laura Bow Mystery!
Now, I have been meaning to upload this for a while.  I hope I've done it correctly, since I've never uploaded a house before.

It is best known for its appearance in my YouTube video, which is a tribute to this fantastic retro game:







I will upload two versions of this house:

1 - Furnished version.
- This is the house as it appears in the video above, with all the furniture included.
- It will require expansion packs to install (I created it with all the expansion packs installed but it's not for certain which ones you need to install it).
- It should include all custom content.  I did not make any of this furniture, and credit for it all goes to its respective creators.

2 - Unfurnished version.
- This is the bare bones of the house, with no furnishings, decorations, and a base game floor used throughout.
- I have taken great care to remove all furniture and replace items which I deemed to be from expansion packs, so technically it should work with the base game.  However, I cannot guarantee this 100%.
- I have removed all custom content apart from one ladder which is needed for Sims to access the attic area.  This belongs to its respective creator.

    Furnished version seems OK.

    Hi! Asking about required installing all expansions.

    Do i need those stuff packs like "Pets, Glamour stuff, FAmily fun, Ikea, HM, Holiday" to be installed

    or only EP 1-8 exps

      Hi there! I made the house with EP 1-8 installed, but no stuff packs at all. The furnished version probably needs the EPs to work completely, but the unfurnished version should have base game content used throughout.
